Blackberry & Blackcurrant Jam (340g)


Sweet Norfolk blackberries and blackcurrants combine to make a jam that is delicious spread thickly on hot buttered toast or crumpets. Try it on top of a steamed sponge pudding and serve with lashings of custard.

All our jams are made with 4kg of fruit per batch of 20 jars.

Produced in the traditional open-pan method at our bespoke kitchens in Houghton St Giles, Norfolk, we focus on creating preserves of outstanding quality. By using only carefully selected produce from both home and overseas, our aim is to bring you a delicious selection of traditional and original recipes for you to savour.
