Our range of preserves are prepared, cooked, bottled and labelled by our highly skilled staff entirely by hand in small batches of 20-24 jars. Produced in the traditional open-pan method at our bespoke kitchens in Houghton St Giles, Norfolk, we focus on creating preserves of outstanding quality. By using only carefully selected produce from both home and overseas, our aim is to bring you a delicious selection of traditional and original recipes for you to savour.
