St Giles Gin & Damson Jam (340g)


Produced in our tiny village of Houghton St Giles, Walsingham, this is a rather special jam. Made using a Norfolk gin of the same name, along with dark purple damsons, this jam is especially delicious served dolloped on top of a bowl of rice pudding.  We like to leave a few stones in to add a slight almond flavour. 

All our jams are made with 4kg of fruit per batch of 20 jars.

Our range of preserves are prepared, cooked, bottled and labelled by our highly skilled staff entirely by hand in small batches of 20-24 jars. Produced in the traditional open-pan method at our bespoke kitchens in Houghton St Giles, Norfolk, we focus on creating preserves of outstanding quality. By using only carefully selected produce from both home and overseas, our aim is to bring you a delicious selection of traditional and original recipes for you to savour.
